Rooster

Rooster
Scurry, scuttle
Arrogant bossy,
Dusting his shiny, Colourful, feathers.
Striding, strutting
Cunning, pushy
Showing off,
In the scorching sunlight.

How we made Eric carle art first we painted a piece of paper and then when it dried. We got a another colour and dabbed it on and let it dry. When it was dry we got another and splattered it on and let it dry do that painting with different paint 6 times. Well thay are drying draw an animal on a new pleace paper. When cut it out in to body shapes and when your painting is dry stick your animal shape on the back of the painted piece of paper with tape and try to use a different painted paper on every shape when cut out get a new piece of paper and put your shapes on the piece so you have your animal again and sick with gull. When dry draw legs and eyes.

My Draft History Keynote

Click here to see my small Keynote: Questions

My Reflection:

Questioning: I got a 1/5 for questioning because I didn’t use any open questions only closed questions.  Next time I need to use both open and closed questions.

Audience Interest:  I got a 2/5 for audience interest because I used my own photos for one of the question but next time I need to have not so much writing and have movies and recordings.

Time Management: I got 2/5 for time management because I didn’t finish my keynote.  Next time I need to not spend so much time drawing pictures on Kidpix.

Using Keynote: I got 5/8.  My hyperlinks were pretty good until the end and my theme was good because it stayed the same all the way through.  Next time I need to make my keynote to be more of a story.

Planning: I got 1/5 for planning because I didn’t plan.

Overall: I got 11/28.  Keynote is a good questioning tool I would use it again.

Tug Of War With Richie

Author: puketristin | Filed under: Richie

When Richie grabbed onto the rope we knew we had some competition.
We heaved and we pulled and we strained and we tugged him into submission.
We enslaved him on our team and then we faced another tribe. The fiery red foe.
But with Richie on our team we were too big and mean.
We heaved them over the line in no time.

Thanks Richie for Coming!

An Animal That Starts T
Tasmanian devil
Where do Tasmanian devils live?
Wild Tasmanian devils can only be found in the wild in Tasmania (Australia).
what do Tasmanian devils eat
Devils are carnivores, which means they will eat other animals. They are also scavengers, and they’re not too fussy at dinnertime.
They often eat half-rotten meat and scavenge in the bush and on farms, like natural vacuum cleaners, keeping the bush healthy and reducing maggots, which can lead to fly strike in sheep. Of course they also like fresh meat, and they sometimes go hunting for food.

They’ll eat lizards, frogs and insects, in fact almost anything they can find.

How much do devils eat?

Devils can eat about 5 to 10% of their body weight in a day – and probably more at a feast if they are really hungry.

Science Investigation Proposal

Hypothesis:

Dairy products can grow mould

We will need:

cheese, butter, yogurt, plastic bags.

First we will:

put all the products into a plastic zip lock bag.

place them all into the store room.

check them every day for 7 days and keep check of the progress of your investigation.

last of all write down your findings and say whether or not your investigation worked.
